# How to claim a Utility on a Post

There are three ways to claim a utility. Depending on your case, select the guide that suits you best!

1. On the Explore Page, **choose your favorite community builder**.
2. **Go to their Board** by clicking on their name.
3. Select the Protect Post with the Utility you want to claim.
4. Click "**Read More."**
5. Scroll to see the details
6. Click on **"Claim"** to enjoy your free utility!

<summary>2.You want to claim a Utility on a Protected Post but you haven't bought the Community Builder's membership yet</summary>

1. On the Explore Page, **choose your favorite community builder**.
2. **Go to their Board** by clicking on their name.
3. Select the Protect Post with the Utility you want to claim.
4. Click "**Read More."**
5. **Scroll** to see if you meet all the requirements.
6. If you don't have them, click "**Get it**" that is next to the required membership(s).
7. A recap of the membership will open on the right side of the page.
8. Click on "**Get it for free**" if the membership is free **OR** "**Buy now**" if the membership is on sale.
9. Let the magic work! The "Claim" button will turn purple.
10. Click on the "**Claim**" button and enjoy the utility!

Having purchased the community builder's membership, you are now eligible to unlock all the utilities that are included with it. Cheers!
